Yes, if your address falls in the region where our delivery partner can provide you with this service. This service is available in most of Pakistan; all of the major Pakistani cities and then some.
If you are located in a small town or in a city where we have to use third party delivery partner, we might not be able to offer this service to you, but you can always trust that we only send authentic products in pristine condition.
What is your return policy?
Here at Jeddah Traders, we offer 7 days No-Questions-Asked Customer Satisfaction Warranty, meaning the product doesn't have to be faulty/different for you to return it. Even if the product is exactly as described and fully functioning and you are not satisfied, we will take it back and refund you the product amount only shipping charges will not be refunded. At Jeddah Traders, we deal in good faith and expect you to return the favor.

Yes, you can get on a audio or video call with one of our representatives to get a tutorial of any product. Otherwise, you can use the user manual included in the product page or will be shared links to text / video of the tutorials.
How can I cancel an order?

Can I exchange a product?
At present, we don’t provide options to exchange products. Buyers can return the items and place a new order to receive an item of their choice.

How can I make changes to my order?
As our warehouse team is quick to start order processing processes, Jeddah Traders doesn’t offer the options to amend the details of completed orders.
Goods can be returned on the following conditions:
All items to be returned must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, and items that may have been included with the original purchase. Along with the following:
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
• Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.).
• We will arrange collection of the product to be returned. Once we have received and inspected the return, any refund due will be processed.
