Return / Refund Policy

Jeddah Traders offers 7 Days Return Policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp 03089884906 (text or voice message only) or contact us via Email: contact@jeddahtraders.shop. You will get reply once your message is read out during working hours from 11 Am to 5 Pm. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: (JEDDAH ELECTRIC STORE, Hospital Road, Sadiqabad, Pakistan). If Order The Product From Pakistan
we have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund, or exchange of certain Goods.
Conditions For Returns:
All items to be returned must be unused and in original condition, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, and items that may have been included with the original purchase. Along with the following:
• We will only accept returned goods if they are properly packaged, and if they are in sellable condition.
• Customers are advised to make video while opening parcel for any claim to determine for any damage , short contents or wrong items. No Video or video made after opening parcel shall not be eligible for any claim as we would not be able to fix & responsibility.
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
• Delivery charges shall be deducted from the amount refunded (mostly Rs 300 or 500) even for items with free delivery, as delivery charges are charged by courier service for all parcels.
• Customer will bear the logistics cost of items that are to be returned, replacement or exchanged.
• The address provided during the order placing will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
• Product having un-authorized repairs won’t be accepted.

• We will not accept returned items without first requesting a return.
• Customers will be refunded in a bank account/easypaisa/jazzcash having the
same title as the consignee of the order. We do not offer cash refunds.
• Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.).
• In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the returned product into your account it may take up to four (4) business days after quality check. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
• Any exchanges or returns are subject to availability of the item requested. To process an exchange, you will need to return the original product to us and place an order for the new item you would like in exchange.
• The customer shall ensure that the merchandise is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, we will not be responsible for the same and the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Customers should send their dispatch receipt to the above mentioned WhatsApp number once their parcel is shipped to Jeddah Traders & remind us after 4 days whether parcel received at Jeddah Traders. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to check and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to four (4) business days for the refund to get credited to your account. For refund, customers are advised to send their complete Bank account or Easypaisa account having the same title as the consignee of the order. Please remember that Jeddah Traders will send screenshot of refund payment once its done, so no need to remind us about refund.
